DANM to Celebrate World Premiere as TTFF/26 Opening Night Gala Film

Tenn Productions is proud to announce that DANM has been selected as the Opening Night Gala Film of the 20th anniversary Trinidad+Tobago Film Festival (TTFF/26), where it will celebrate its World Premiere.
Written and directed by Teneille Newallo, DANM is a psychological horror inspired by Caribbean folklore that reimagines one of the region's most iconic legends for a contemporary audience. The feature was produced by Teneille Newallo, Jolene Mendes, and Pauline Mark, bringing together an all-female producing team and a talented cast and crew primarily from Trinidad and Tobago.
The film stars Shevonne Metivier, Teneille Newallo, Jeffrey Hugh Alexander Wight, and Anand Lawkaran, alongside an outstanding ensemble featuring many of Trinidad and Tobago's most respected performers. Shot entirely in Trinidad and Tobago, DANM showcases local talent both in front of and behind the camera, highlighting the creativity and world-class filmmaking emerging from the Caribbean.
Being selected to open TTFF's landmark 20th anniversary edition is a tremendous honour for the production and marks the beginning of DANM's journey. The Opening Night Gala will feature a coctail reception, the film's World Premiere, followed by a filmmaker Q&A and the official after party at Island Beer Chill and Grill.
We invite audiences to join us for this historic occasion and be among the very first to experience DANM on the big screen.
